All orders are shipped via insured, Ground UPS from our campus Bookstore in Columbia, Maryland (zip code 21044).

• IMPORTANT:UPS can not deliver to a P.O. Box. For UPS delivery, a complete street address is required when placing an order.
• If delivery is to an apartment complex you must indicate your apartment number otherwise UPS will not make delivery.* Note that UPS may decide to leave your pacakage at the rental office instead of at your door if no one is home to accept at time of attempted delivery.
• Shipment of online orders is free of charge.
• Orders placed by telephone incur a $5.00 shipping charge.
• Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday - Friday, except holidays and other school closures.
• UPS transit times are usually less for in-state deliveres. Local (Greater Columbia, Md. area) deliveries often occur within only two business days from date of pickup. You should however allow up to five business days to recieve your order from the date it has been placed. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
• We ship within the Continental United States only.
• Some deliveries may require a signature at time of delivery, as determined by UPS policy.

We do not currently offer package tracking services however tracking numbers will be supplied on request.
